PLC / Website privacy notice
How this website handles your information.
This notice covers precisionlongevity.io. It does not cover the patient portal or care you receive from our practice, which are governed by the notices you receive as a patient.
Site analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and which links are used. IP addresses are truncated before storage, advertising features and ad personalization are turned off, and we do not connect analytics data to your name or contact details. Google’s handling of this data is described in its privacy policy. You can block analytics with a browser setting or extension and the site will work normally.
Invitation requests. If you request an invitation to our practice, we collect your name, state of residence, email address, phone number, and any note you choose to add. This information is stored in a private system that only authorized members of our team can open, and we use it only to respond to your request and decide together whether the practice is a good fit. Sending a request does not establish a physician-patient relationship, and we ask that you not include medical history or test results in the form.
Cardiovascular genomics tool. The tool at precisionlongevity.io/genomics/heart reads your DNA file in your browser. The file, the genotypes in it and your report are never uploaded to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see them. To see a report for your own file, you give us your name and email address. We keep them, the date, the version of this notice you saw, and whether you asked for occasional updates from PLC. These records are stored in Google Firebase and only authorized members of our team can open them. We use them to know who has used the tool and, only if you asked, to send updates. The fictional sample report needs neither.
Retention. Invitation requests are kept while we are considering or responding to them, and genomics tool sign-ups until you ask us to remove them. You can ask us to delete either at any time by writing to admin@precisionlongevity.io.
Cookies and storage. Google Analytics sets cookies to recognize a returning browser. The invitation form stores an anonymous identifier in your browser so that it can accept your request; it holds no personal details. The genomics tool stores a similar anonymous identifier so you are not asked for your details again; clearing this site’s data removes it. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties except the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf.
Questions. Write to admin@precisionlongevity.io. This notice was last updated October 18, 2026.
